This part, because:

Wheatley refers to them as just ‘boxes with legs’. If they were only boxes with legs, and not made from actually sentient turrets they wouldn’t be in pain, but he doesn’t care about the turret’s ‘simulated’ pain, does he? Little bit cruel.

How can they not do the one thing they’re designed for? Really. Well, why couldn’t he do the one thing he was designed for, either?

He knows they’re sentient. He thinks they’re making fun of him. And idk how he can interpret their pained cries as laughing.
